A truly stunning mansion and one of Historic Jeddah’s most famous traditional houses, this property is known for its function and strategic location. The construction of the house was completed in 1936 by architect Sadaga Bin Mohammed Karkashan, and it served as the headquarters of the Egyptian Embassy for twenty years. It was then transferred to the Sharbatly family, who opened the house to national and cultural events. Its front door is carved with Islamic motifs, and its facade is adorned with sweeping rawasheen that make it look almost cinematic.
