

Located in Harat Al-Yemen in Historic Jeddah, to the right of the famous Al-Alawi Street and in front of Al-Mimar Mosque. Built in the 19th century AD. It consists of six floors, making it one of the tallest houses in Jeddah during that time. The house has three entrances and features walls made of limestone and a wooden roof. The house is renowned for its decorated facades and unique architectural style, which reflects the local style with a mix of geometric and botanical decorations. The ownership of the house passed through several generations; it was initially owned by Ibrahim and Mohammed Saeed Al-Subban, then transferred to Abdulilah bin Manna Al-Abdali, and later to Abdulqader Mohammed Noor Wali and his heirs. Now, the house is part of the cultural and architectural heritage of Historic Jeddah, distinguished by its unique rawshan that extends from the ground floor to the fifth floor, showcasing the craftsmanship and architectural innovation of its builders.
